A little dip...

in the inflatable pool out on the balcony. If only there were a big enough pool for me. I was miserable hot and towards the end pregnant. I sometimes even just soaking my feet would have been nice. Anyways, Léa definitely enjoyed her little pool.
This is her first relaxing little pool experience.
We borrowed the rubber ducks from the bath.
She enjoyed playing with them.

Ouches.

A close up to see the skinned knee and elbow. All part of learning to walk and trying to run, right? Both her knees were skinned. I am not sure about the other elbow.
She really likes to try and get the camera.

Reading with Papa.

Flower pots.

Léa has all sorts of toys. Some of them she plays as directed with, others she makes it up as she goes. You can also see some of her first booboos on her knees.
Hmmm, nice flower pots...
I mean shoes.
Hey Mommy has that camera again.
I want it.

Some more Chinese food.

We really enjoy this Chinese restaurant. I am not sure why we always take pictures...wait because we are so darn cute.
Me and hiding the belly well.
She really smiles big time at times.
What a straight on shot.

The beach day of confusion.

We were supposed to be meeting up with folks from the church I attend. We found the correct spot, but the guy in the little welcome hut gave us grief. I forgot to have a cell phone number for someone and so we gave up. We found a little spot and laid all our stuff out. It was nice and sunny, but much too windy.
Here we are.
I think we may have been discussing the food.

Let's go see Papa.
What is out there?
The wind was too much for the parasol. Léa was working on some lunch.

Le Parc Crousse

I have found that there are several parcs in our area. Each one has different things to offer as far as the play things go. This is one that is just across the street from out flat. I like the easy access some days. Léa refuses to wear her own hats, but will take the one off my head some days.
A mutli-seat teeter-totter.
The horsey.
She always practices her mounting.
And she succeeded this time.

Shadow family.

Once she got the hang of taking the steps she climbed them as much as possible.
Looking down from our flat.
The great divide. She knows to stop before going out into the parking area.
Gonna get Papa.
Walking with Papa.
Our little shadow family. If I would have thought about it I would have turned to the side, so the baby was shown as well.
She refused to have anything to do with this swing when she was a baby.
Here she is now lounging even though she is too big.
Cheese!

Compassion for me.

Babies take on weight fast or I was standing way different. The belly seems much bigger here.
And there is his tiny little belly. He is showing compassion for me.
One of our trips to the buy in bulk store we are members with.

Belly and Léa's nap position.

Despite wishing she would sleep in her own bed in her bedroom, Léa does nap. She naps on the sofa in the living most of the time(occasionally on the floor). I just love her position during this sleepy time.
A little belly towards the end. About 8 months.
Being creative.
Admiring the belly.

Go-Karts, play balls, and belly.

Sébastien and the other guys at work try to get together once in a while. This time they tried out the Brussels Kart. It was fun watching. They said pregnant ladies are a liability: ), so I sat out with Léa.
Papa is ready.
Set.
GO!!
Coming around another time.

Along with this go-kart course (which is inside and outside) there is a restaurant and a play area for kids. Léa especially liked the balls.
I think she would have held more if she could.
Look. It's yellow.
Sitting some more.
Up to explore the balls over there.
Yes, these balls are nice too.
Back to sitting.
After all that play a girl is tired. She was so sleepy.
