On the sofa.

Sébastien and Léa simply adore one another. Here they were
sitting together on the sofa. Then she managed to sit still long
enough for us to get a few pictures of her alone too.
My handsome husband. What a cute Daddy!
Just so sweet together.
She likes the camera.
Hehe.
Laid back.

Assorted Léa.

Léa received lots of toys for Christmas and these two she is holding came from her Godfather. There are both little stuffed animals.
She carried them out to the living room from her bedroom.
I guess they were hugging one another.
By the time I thought about this little T-shirt it did not really fit Léa. At least not her arms. I was also trying to capture the belly hanging out on picture.
One of her toy books in English.
See the chubby baby arms.
And the belly hanging out, but it is a bit too far to see well.
We put Sébastien's hat on Léa while we were in the waiting room at my doctor's. She wore it for a little while.
She was having fun. We would put it on her head and she would take it off.
Time to take it off.
We really put it on this time.
She managed to find her way out.
Almost off.

Our snowy welcome.

We moved to a new apartment in January. We wanted some better suited for us. We were in a decent area, but too close to a traffic circle. It was very noisy all day and night and trouble to park. Our new place is an even nicer location, has parking, and is very quiet. It snowed again several days after we moved in.
This is from our nice big balcony.
Looking left.
Looking right.
We took a short walk to enjoy the sun. This is an intersection in town.
A church along the way we took back to the flat.
And here we are before our new apartment building.

Holiday with grandparents.

Léa enjoyed her time with Mémé and Pépé. She really likes all of her puppets.
Not the greatest picture, but shows her watching the puppets.
A new outfit. A present from family. I wanted a picture because she usually does not fit those things very long. She is playing with Papa.
Just being sweet.

Touring Brussels with the Chiodis

The sun comes out when it wants to. I believe the day after Christmas we went out again and managed to have the sun.
Gaston and some Chiodis.
Downtown Brussels in Grand Place.
There were Christmas Trees.
And a Nativity.
TinTin.
The Atomium with sun and mostly melted snow. Léa was awake this time.

Christmas Eve and Day

We had Sébastien's parents with us over the Christmas holiday.
Here we all are waiting to open presents.
Léa found a present.
She didn't really get the unwrapping part, but she enjoyed all the packages. And then made sure she chewed on some of the paper and handle all the toys and things.
Everyone had a little something.
Lunch on Christmas Day. I did my best to prepare a somewhat authentic American meal. Some mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, yams with marsh mellow, and some cranberry sauce.
Since we opened all our presents on Christmas Eve we decided to go out a bit on Christmas Day. The sun was not shinning much, but we went to the Automium for some pictures.
Alain and Ann Marie
Some Chiodis. Léa was asleep in the car very close by.
A couple of friends who were in Belgium for a few days. The guy(not sure he wants me to use his name) is one of Sébastien's childhood friends.

Once again the Atomium...

but with snow.
Sébastien wanted some snow action.
We took pictures of the snow outside our apartment.
This one is looking out one of the living room or dinning room windows.
And just outside our building.
A nice sunset outside on our little kitchen balcony.
This is the snowman I made. Though I think Sébastien finished the head for me.
Léa just awake in more cute pajamas.
